It is one thing joking around and completely other - spreading the rumors...
You have been doing that for quite some time...
Back in 2001 when I kicked you out from the gym for the first time EXACTLY for receiving Midnight Express packages from Thailand in MY GYM...Which is something my business partner at the time confirmed..I confronted you - you accepted "THAT ONE TIME" and I told you that was "ONE TIME TOO MANY" - hence you were not allowed to the gym and asked NEVER TO SEND ANY PACKAGES TO OUR ADDRESS anymore...
At the time (2002) Dorian Yates and Ed Connors were interested to become my partners in the gym...and I got call from Ed directly to call you and tell you to STOP spreading rumors about me and my gym...
Your response was: "you lie about me so I lie about you..." and after I asked you WHAT exactly am I lying about - you said that I am saying how you are receiving packages in my gym...
I reminded you that we did discussed that issue and you told me straight to my face : "it only happened once"
Than you changed the story and said - package was not yours but Melvin's...etc..etc...which Melvin already clarified that he had NOTHING to do with that and that package was YOURS.
So, as it goes in life...when guilty of something but NOT CUT (yet
) people tend to blame others for exact thing...hence it was very convenient for you to point fingers at me.
And YOU ARE STILL DOING IT.
I proved my innocence and you are right IT DID COAST ME A FORTUNE...
But, NOTHING that you and agents were hoping for - was ever found or even remotely confirmed by ANYONE IN THIS INDUSTRY...(and many were subpoenaed and questioned).
You said it yourself - agents didn't even bother bringing you to Iowa...as you had NOTHING to say - they could use in the court...
Only assumptions and your ":wishful thinking"...
Now, you are starting again - out of frustration that YOU CAN find a words to simply converse with me...hence you have to play dirty?
I told you before and I will tell you again: IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT ME - post it here and call the agents...but posting this kind of "assumptions" is getting old...
To remind you - agents searched me and investigated me "up and down" for months - and FOUND NOTHING that they could use to charge me with any distribution...or even possession.
All they had was a SINGLE EMAIL and not some kind of package you are trying to "bring" into the picture...
Single Email where I only told someone what I am planning to use for my NOC 2003 preparation - hence CONSPIRACY TO POSSESS FOR PERSONAL USE CHARGE was issued and I chose to plead guilty - to save my family from any other additional expenses (78K was more than enough...thanks to you)...
But Shawn, what goes around comes around...and many people know that...
Soon enough - you'll find out it too...(and don't worry - it will not be from me...as I just wouldn't EVER go down to your level and try to set you up...It is just simply - the way it goes in life...)
