I don't have any official numbers, but I would say lots. They may not be the big name bodybuilders that you would recognize, but there is a lot of muscle porn out there and anyone who has worked out knows that you do not get a body like that overnight. It is not a big leap to go from bodybuilding, to private posing, to escorting, to pornography.
