Now - THAT is performance...

I did mention many times that "dancing routines" have no place on the IFBB pro stage if "the dancer" (a bodybuilder) moves for 3-5 minutes without hitting the pose and displaying his physique to the fullest...
Posing round should be for the athlete to present his strong points and poses OTHER THAN mandatories - to exemplify his physique to the judges and the audience...

Many confuse posing round for performing round...which is not...or not exactly...

Routine helps...and especially if it is nicely choreographed with great transitions and spectacular poses...

For example - Kamali's routine while entertaining to some - have no "physique" impact on judges...as he is doing poses where he actually can't even flex...which is huge disadvantage to him...
I am not saying this to put him down..as I really have no reason for that...
I commented 2002 Olympia and he was insulted about my comment which was: love him or hate him - he did a great job performing...but in my book hitting 7 poses in as many minutes is NOT what IFBB pro should do...

Same goes for Markus Haley (and I hope he doesn't take this wrong way..as he is nothing but a gentelman towards me) his award winning routine at the Arnold would coast him points if I was a judge...
While entertaining and exciting to watch (if you watch the movement) he failed to present his physique the way he should (hardly hitting any muscular shots) plus due to his dancing moves he had to have relaxed midsection (otherwise he would be too stiff to dance...)....

Anyway, that brings me to Kai...
He is obviously natural performer...
I believe ANYONE and I do mean ANYONE in the world who would see him standing like this (my photo above) would stop and watch...
He would get everyone's attention - and from that point on...as he posed he left audience wanting MORE...

If you do so, you know that you are going to be suspended form the IFBB and they hate you cause of your arrogant action by saying you know everything - you know for a fact that judges don’t write on the score sheet what they think – but you don’t have proof.  I guess that is OK and it is similar to the – we know you sell drugs but don’t have proof.

You could keep a low profile about who you train to protect their interest and let them score a bit higher.  Dennis would have defiantly won the show if you were not in the mix and Silvio would have placed higher.  As we know you post pics of bodybuilders convince people that you train them and market your self more than anyone else.  Then other bbers who don’t know the truth specially the young upcoming with great potential come to you and say train us.  Of course they get suckers in the beginning and you continue to post their pics and people think you train them.  Maybe cause you give them free t-shirts and member ship.

#1) Assuming that IFBB pro bodybuilder take steroids is one thing... but DEAL STEROIDS is completely other. To refresh your memory - I am one of the rare pros who proved to Government that I have never sold a single unit - hence I was never charged with distribution... You are reading Shaw's posts and his wishful thinking (he's been saying this for 6 - 7 years - hoping that he would get me in trouble). He succeeded in one thing: he got DEA's interest assuming just like you that I must be selling steroids...as after all - why wouldn't i? Well, I was investigated by Federal agents, hundreds were questioned, numerous subpoenaed and NOT A SINGLE CASE of dealing... EVER. Now, both you and Shawn can continue with " we all know"...but it is getting kind off old...

#2) IFBB suspension? Yet another Shawn's wishful thinkin... Now, we have all established that Shawn posts under "texasbubba" name...and you look kind of "Shawny"...
