He could possibly find his way into the posedown at the Olympia.
I know the top 6 looks like this: Cutler, Ronnie, Melvin, Victor, Dexter, Gustavo.
But if Melvin, Victor or Gustavo are off I can see I guy like Wolf getting some good call outs (as would Heath)

Are you saying he needs bigger quads. Hell no. Calf raises, Deads, and Yates Rows for the lower lats.

I think his hamstring/glutes/lower back need MASS. Squats are king in those areas.

no offense but if you're building your hams, lower back and ass doing squats you're doing them wrong.

Have you ever looked at Wolf's physique?! His quads are great. It's his calves that need help (along with his lats, pecs (less so), hams and biceps. That's about it.

dude his his hams and glutes are lagging. Squatting like a power lifter is the only way to correct that. lying leg curls aint doing the job. he is going to need to get under 585lb and get busy. I think that the back issues he has is a structural thing. His torso is a bit too long. Mattarazzo had that problem.

Exactly; more quads would only create an imbalance like Warren has. Work the calves religiously the way Coleman should've been doing for years while bringing his quads down.

Nope.. he said he has too many photo shoots, contract obligations, things back in Germany to attend to that are much more profitable and would not allow him to prepare properly. Nothing like winning a show then dropping like Branch. Time to take a break and prepare for the O.

I don't really agree that Ronnie should of brought his quads down. He did win a few O's with the help of those massive quads making up for his tiny cavs

In my humble opinion, a guy with Wolf's physique would end up getting injured by depending purely on hvy back squats to build these areas. He is a VERY advanced elite BB that has longer legs and decent ht. Far better he do strict stiff legged DL and hvy lunges with strict form.

You seem to have forgotten that stiff leg deadlifts exist. Retard.
