The cost is as follows:
2 applications - $75.00
4 applications - $100.00

Carla and Mary are Great!! They bust their butts backstage.

I was running late to get on stage at one show..
Between the two of them, they glued me in my suit, put my heels on and had me oiled up in about 40 seconds!

In addition, those are very reasonable prices!
