i dont agree, im dieting, and sometimes when im hungry, i drink diet-coke and my hunger goes away. the same thing with water, but diet coke tastes better.  but zero calorie is zero calorie. how can diet coke make you bloated?

well im still not sure on this weigh loss of water from stopping diet fizzy or diet drinks been fizzy or not

........tell ya what does cause eating water retention , having 6000mg's/day of sodium for 2 days , didnt check the bacon and other stuff i was eating on sodium........ouch
