his name is Brandon Ray and he won the east coast tournament of champion of Washington dc last year
Brandon is 26 5"7 and 218pds as of today

yes it is LA fitness in silver spring Maryland .... it is so much fun taking pics in the guys locker room with 50 people walking in front of the camera every 2 minutes ...owell guess it is training him to hold a pose  |

just noticed this thread and from the pics here the guy has a great physique.
i take it from the last post he didn't do as well as he could have.
from the pics i can see very little fault, but if i was going to give constructive criticism i would say the only possible weakness i can see is back. he has high lats and a long torso so, imo, he should get very serious about heavy rowing and do them right at the start of his workout.
what i mean by 'very serious' is that he should learn first of all how to emphasise the lats whilst doing them. by the look of his body, it appears that he may have a problem keeping his very strong arms, delts and traps from largely taking the load. secondly, and only after he has learnt to use his lats to dominate, emphasize heavy weights.
again, he has a top physique and i'm sure we'll be hearing a great deal more about him in the future.

Here is 1 pic of a young russian guy who compete last week. He is only 18 years old and a also a great talent !
Maybe the two "Juniors" will meet someday at a pro stage, "time will tell".
