haha its not even necessary to analyze branches physique muscle per muscle compared to wolf, its evident that wolf destroys warren.

wolf has better structure, skin, non lumpy muscles etc, its not even close.

hahaha. Ok dumbass...Wolf has better "lines" and skin. hahaha. Another yahoo judging the pros.

Who puts the money in their pockets... The fans... Who keeps the IFBB afloat? The fans... Without the Fans, bodybuilding is shit (Hell, it already is even with them thanks to great athletes like Branch Warren)

You keep telling yourself that fans opinion don't count and you'll be the only guy at a show... oh wait, there won't be a show then. There almost isn't one now, and it's the physiques like Branch's that are causing it.

I like to think the IFBB has more integrity than catering to schmoes that want to see "lines" and good skin.
Real fans like me know it's all about big muscles.

Also, if you check out some other threads, not everyone believes Wolf should have won.

WAKE UP CALL Woooosh!

Yes, there are some... Of course not EVERYONE believes he should have won, but it IS the majority... Hell, check out the MD forums it's 2-1 for Wolf over everyone else in the show on their poll.

Of course there are going to be differing opinions, but if there is that much of a disparity between who the majority thinks should have won and the actual winner.

Wooosh!!! There's a wake up call.

No, it's because if there weren't clowns out there touting Wolf as the winner, there would be no controversy, and,
consequently, nothing to talk about!

Woooooooosh!

the fans are already telling them and no ones listening the night of champions used to be sold out at the beacon with 3000 seats, the last show was held at another site with 1000 seats and some empty. No ones listening there isnt one person in the whole organisation with any brains. Bodybuilding is dying before our eyes.

Yes, bodybuilding will really become more popular if we put a cap on muscle development.

Wolf really represents the aesthetic look the general public aspires to.  Roll Eyes

Bodybuilding makes it's money in supps and adds. They make millions from this. Shows are secondary.
You can't make what is essentially a pageant of oiled men popular with the average straight guy no matter what!

You can call it controversy if you want, but the reality is that it makes the IFBB judges look like buffoons.

It certainly is... It will be gone in 20 years.

No, you can't, but the reality is that they could make much more money if they actually awarded the people with the best physiques... you say they make millions, but your boy got a WHOLE 15K for winning the NY Pro... What's that? The door money?

Guess he could make a lot more if he had 3000 people instead of 900.

You're not counting the money he makes from supplement company ads, equipment company ads, training videos, guest posing, personal training, and the other stuff bodybuilders do...

And he's not even a top guy in the grande scheme of things.

That's why I say, the money is in supplements.

But he had those sponsors before the win, so what do those sponsorships have to do with the competition? I thought this was a bout the competition?

The higher he places in contest, the better the contracts offered.

So now he's gonna get a better contract that he doesn't deserve.

I'm convinced that "realkarateblackbelt" is either Branch Warren or his boyfriend.  Nobody devotes this much energy to arguing a point 90% disagree with unless he has a vested interest.

Or just trolling for reactions with bizarre conclusions. He must be kidding otherwise he's in for a rough landing if lucidity ever strikes.

Branch has built the most mass relative to his skeletal size.
Look at their legs. Branches legs are thicker period. He doesn't "look" thicker he IS.

Just another example of utter garbage designed entirely for trolling purposes. Branch did NOT have more overall size than Wolf, who had more upper body size to go with good-sized thighs.

Branch only had more size in the thighs, which were way too big n' ugly for the upper body.

I think the bigger picture is being overlooked.

Who benefited financially from having Branch win?  Who puts him on the cover of their products as the NY PRo champion...how does that benefit the seller and what connections does that seller have with the promoters and producers of the show?

Of course; nothing new or different from Schwarzenegger beating Oliva in the 70s.

First and foremost, this is bodybuilding. The guy with the the most mass while still being somewhat aesthetic is deserving of the title, and this is why the judges voted the way they did.

The reliance and faith you put in the judges is scary; entirely naive as to the commercial enterprise that has always been the IFBB. Wake up.

Again this naive, blind faith in the "integrity" of the IFBB. Let us know exactly how you know this to be true.

Basically this is either a gimmic only for trolling or an out and out idiot with no clue - if you were as smart as you think karate, you'd see yourself clearly once in a while.

Dennis Arms 1 week prior to his next pro show.

The other picture is a comparison with Armin Scholz (who moved to the US a few days ago, and prepares
in milos Gym for his next shows) and Melvin Anthony.

What did Branch place?
