I understand how it must be hard for you to believe that Zhanna Does NOT take drugs... due to the predominant use, but if you follow her career you would know that she is completely against it. She has admitted to have made a stupid mistake by doing unreasonable amounts of cardio. What has affected her looks. She is a extreme sweet girl and she was very sad by the out come of her efforts. But again Zhanna would not never use any supplements as she understand the fundamental importance of a feminine look. I really hope you believe it ....because it the simple true. 6 hours of cardio daily is not the way to go and she knows that.

I have never lied about supplement use ... as other in this site know I have openly discuss it. You have the right to your opinion and I respect it. But I wish that before you make a statement you have facts.

She has quite sharp facial features, combine that with low bf+dehydration and it's a scary look. Not automatically drugs.

Offseason though she has one of the yummiest bodies i've seen. Just the way i like it, not too much size on upper body, but still nicely toned, and a thick ass and legs.

She is a beautiful woman but stop with the BS. Compare the stage pics and the photoshoots where she is 'soft' and you can clearly see what she did to get onstage. She has a "clen face" and "Anavar shoulders" LOL

I have been in the business for over 10 years. I DO respect your opinion and I see where you coming from, but please I just ask you to consider the factors that have contributed into my look.
1. Excessive gain of weight off season
2. Extreme amounts of cardio
3. Natural thin structure of my face
4. No carb up before the show, and sodium and water depletion.
Also, generally I work with the most AMAZING coach, and DID NOT work with him for this show... Crash dieted myself into it...
I appreciate your input, but I really hope that you can give these factors some thought...

I have always been a fan of your physique. I like the fact that you consistently show up conditioned---even though it seems the judging criteria is now rewarding the softer girls.

Yeah, well there's not going to be proof either way but that's my opinion. A natural female is not going to put mass on the delts to that degree on a crash diet. Take a look at the first few Ms Olympias - none of them had this look. I mean no offense, and you are not alone in this, they all do it, so nothing earth shattering if you did some anavar and clen and growth or whatever to compete.
