GOALS and CURRENTS

current stats
5'8"
172 pnds
9-11% bf(not quite sure)
15 yrs old

current sizes
chest 40 1/2"
arms 15 1/2" right 15" left
waist 30"
quads 21"
calves 15 1/2 inches

current lifts
bench press(flat) 280 pnd PB 250 pnd for 4
squat 340 PB ass to grass for 2 290 for 6 ass to grass
barbell curl 120 for 12 130 for 8 PB
pushdowns 110 easy 10 reps 140 for 10 PB
don't wanna name em all there's more important aspects

been lifting for about 14 months with a lil off and on from time to time been off for two weeks cuz of an injury all lifts still current.

current goals
weight 180 9% bf by age 16(5 months to go)
like to be able to pull a 300+ bench by then
for squat a 375+
curls a 150+
pressdowns the stack 190(my 200 pnd plate is broken)

settin the sights a little high maybe so but gonna work for it anyhow.

there is no reason why this isn't achievable in the alotted amount of time you have given yourself if you train hard, stay focused, and EAT!
