Toatally, Bateman had a great physique. Lots situps and pushups. I think he was up to 1,000 crunches

Totally, now i mean no disrespect to mike but he will probably spend 9 months of the year looking like a fat pig who doesnt even workout to look good for 3 months of the year at say 190(just a number i conjoured up for arguments sake) after a diet but would he not be better served staying at 170(again, fictional number) year round and looking better/healthier for it?
