The Women's pro judging is at 2:00 pm on Saturday and the finals is at 6:00. There will be Pro Women's bodybuilding and Pro Figure.

Jelena will be making her pro debut. Will her success in the magazines carry over on stage? Jeanette Freed returns to the stage for the first time this year and look for Cheri Lewis to pose it out for an Olympia spot.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up in regards to the host hotel location ...... I am from the area and I must say that if your a competitor I just want to inform you that the host hotel is not close to the venue. I think somewhere I read that they say its only 6 miles from the hotel .... thats definitely not true. The hotel is located on W. Red Oak Lane in White Plains ( off of rt. 287 north ), and the show is in Tarrytown which in my estimation has to be at least 12 miles ( actually its 11 miles ...I did a mapquest on it ) Not sure how the competitors plan on getting to the venue, but I would reserve a cab for saturday as soon as I check into to the host hotel on either thursday or friday. Just so you know, White Plains can get alittle crazy on the weekend with traffic.
Oh and if your driving to the venue .... the parking sucks around there .... I would advise you to get there early to get a spot, that is if you can find one ..... its an old historical little town.

Just wanted to give all the competitors and anyone else who plans on satying at the host hotel a heads up ..... Have a safe flight to NY .....

yes it's pretty far. you might want to get hotel closer to the venue

I've asked for an updated competitor list and will post as soon as I receive it.

One thing that should be interesting is Kevin from Jan Tana (many of you know him as he is the man when it comes to applying tans) will open the IFBB portion of the show with "The artistry of airbrushing" routine with Valerie Waugaman.

What that is, I haven't a clue but like I said it should be interesting.

alex, irina is great. my boyfriend and i met her at ny pro show and she is even more beautiful in person. absolutely gorgeous. good luck to her on saturday. hope the judges will give her the ticket to the olympia.
the funny thing is that at ny pro irina was standing not very far from branch warren and she had more people taking pictures with her than with branch

Not sure about female bodybuilding... Although it would be nice to see Sarah live up to the potential she had the year she dominated her way through the NPC enroute to her pro card. Good Luck Sarah!
