that makes me think somebody is singing to the Feds

I agree. I don't think Tony is singing to the feds.....it would'nt make sense for all the interaction that he's had with the FBI counter terrorism agents. Phil will have Carm and AJ killed.......Meadow will survive.

That last scene in the diner was very Paul Thomas Anderson ala Boogie Nights

... different things going on but you don't know if they actually belong to the crutch of the scene.

There was no explanation as to why Tony walks into the diner at the end with a suit on, and is then sitting there with a regular shirt on.
