1) No "Hi I'm finally here" threads and if you do don't say you have been lurking for years and now decided it's time to join the madness
2) Don't say you can squat bench or lift what ever weight unless you can prove it.
3) Don't post images of yourself unless you are a Pro or have a Pro like physique, if you do be prepaid for a shitstorm.
4) Don't call Ron fat he is our leader and we love him and unless you have prove yourself worthy you have no business criticising "Ze Führer"
5) Ron is Jewish, so you may want to stay clear making fun of certain things that have happend in the past, he is a good sport but you don't need to push it.
6) Don't reply to Bluto's threads or posts.
7) Don't pick on Mellisa unless you want to be kicked out of the Steroid board subsequently don't make fun of any Testosterone beast unless you don't need the Steroid board.
Don't post porn images in the Gossip most of us here surf from work.
9) Don't say you have owned somebody unless he/she has publicly melted down and or has written an apology
