So you are saying he only trains with low reps, low volume and low intensity too ?
I am saying that he trains between 8 and 12 reps, high volume, mimimum rest between sets and relatively high intensity.
And as someone who has been around for awhile and trained with many pro's through the 80'sand 90's not many BB use excessive amounts of weight (there are a few exceptions). Many train high sets, moderate weight, and pretty fast paced. If you think it is all about weight you are mistaken.
By the way, Abbas can push some heavy weight but instead choices weights that tax the muscle in a slow controlled fashion.
