I think the one thing Rich had over Shawn was conditioning though.



Close, but not quite there!

As for Gaspari being considered blocky, I've tried to analyze what it is about his physique that does that and I don't think it's his waist or his narrow shoulders.  I think it's his short arms.  I think with longer and bigger arms he would look completely different.  Rich was 5'8 or 5'9 and had arms that belonged to somebody 5'5.
