Saw The Beast kick butt last night at the Illinois state champ she won the overall in womens open BB. Fantastic job you have an awesome combonation of muscle, femininity and must say very sexy......loved how you let down your hair in your routine! Anyhow great job once again you really rocked the place.

Are you doing the Jr Nats?

Not doing Jr's but I will be there watching and working. My next show will be Team U with Jodi

Hopefully I will be able to come in about 5 lbs lighter and cut and dry for it...I suppose I need to stop eating all this crap if that is to happen though!

Your welcome, no did not compete at the Ill state, did the Mid-Illinois in March and will be doing the the Continental in October. Plan on doing the Ill state next year.

Definitely will say hi at the Jr's

I agree about Natalie - I'm expecting big things from her this weekend. She looked incredible in the audience at the Illinois State show and seems to have made tremendous improvements over her 2006 physique. Not familiar with Katie, but I look forward to see her on stage with what looks to be a great lineup this year.
