Food today
500ml 50/50 split orange juice and water with 50gms maltodextrin 14gms of BCAAs
150gms oats with skim milk
two tins tuna, small amount mayo and 1 wrap
250gms mince meat with 500gms potato
just tightening up the diet this week, will be following advice from Illuminati as of next week.

Looking forward to the prep, lets see what a new approach brings

Did a brisk walk first thing this morning and 20mins cardio bike this afternoon

15st 7lbs this morning with water drop that's an 11lb drop
Tightened and hardened up considerably this week.
Food yesterday
500ml 50/50 split orange juice and water with 50gms maltodextrin 14gms of BCAAs
150gms oats with skim milk and banana
500gms baked potato with benecol spread
200gms chicken on a wrap with small amount mayo
100gms oats with skim milk and banana

still doing 20mins bike and walking in the am

Food
3 egg with ham and cheese omelette.
steak rice and a small amount of stroganoff suace
steak wrap with cheese
later will have some oats and banana
Drinking Green Tea with my amino acids...

chicken rice with a small amount of oyster sauce
2 oatibix with a banana and milk
stewed steak with carrots in gravy and mash potato

1ltr of green tea
500ml orange juice water split with 14gms BCAA and 50gms maltodextrin during workout.

50gms maltodextrin 14gms BCAAs with green tea and pineapple juice during workout.
250gms rib eye and noodles

Feeling a bit better today condition wise, was holding water earlier this week

seeing Illuminati at weekend to discuss the plans for the dial in to the show.
