Well Mr. Arvilla. I think you and Laura ( Cheri ) Look great. Good luck with your show. You are both (from what I read ) very motivated and you have fun with it. That's all that matters. Laura you are beautiful ! Don't stop posting pictures because of the little wannabe children hiding behind their computers, ripping people apart. They are either little kids or Gay, because I don't know what girl they are looking at. They wish they had a girl like you. Mike, It seems to me you have made improvements from your last show. I think you should dial it in for the second show rather than the fist. I don't think 2or 3 weeks is enough time. Then again I don't know your physique. you might be able to rip up fast. Anyway, Both of you should keep posting your progress pics. It motivates others.

Mike, you did an awesome job last year in transforming your physique. An awesome feat considering how fat you were before you started dieting down. That's why I had high expectations for your next outing. I figured you would be able to pack on a few more punds, start the diet leaner, hold on to more muscle and dial it in even better. Why are you rushing to do a show

my genetics suck .............(i have wide shoulders,big delts and arms and that's about it)

i squat/i deadlift/i bench heavy etc..................... ..this is fun for me (except the dieting!)

Laura is competing in this same show but won't post pictures because of all the negative comments

it's really sad get-big is like this................the mean -spirited dickheads far outweigh the really good people here,if i had posted my pictures and got a ton of compliments/positive respones
Hedgehog would have moved it to the "Pictures board" because it's 99% negative it stays here
that's not the way it should be..............

It is pretty simple big Mike. You and your lovely wife actually compete in shows, look decent and live as a real, actual bodybuilder. Many others would love to do that but lack courage is all. GOOD LUCK!

haha monster "you don't know shit about bodybuilding" It's always funny to see the guy onstage that thought he was "big as shit" and relied on "drying out" haha.

Mike should skip this contest, keep dieting for another.

scott markey posted up a few post's ago,if it's him i think he did the pro 55 blend ad's holding scuba gear in them ,he's rescue diver i think,guy has a great build ,late 90's ads.has serious legs,anyone remember him?

he still posts over on Mayhem, can't remember his username over there but he comes off as kind of conceited and arrogant over there, good build on that guy though.
