He's overrated because most of time his conditioning off......too off for a top 5 placing, the last show where he placed 5th, me and alot of other people had him placing way out of the top 5, last years Olympia, he didn't deserve 5th, he's big, he's separated but he's smooth and not sharp, especially in his legs, that being said........yes, he's overrated and I can't figure out what the judges were thinking.

I've called plenty of judges out over the years and not ONE will confront me on my questions!

Even if Victor nailed his condition, I do not know if he has enough muscle mass to beat Cutler.

It could be like 1998 all over again when a much smaller, but razor sharp Coleman beat Nasser. Victor's back is also much better than Jay's as well

I believe [?] he was born there, I know he didn't really compete or go pro through our ranks though.....

He would still be legally obligated to pay taxes under either circumstance. For one he lives in the US, plus any US citizen domiciled in the DR with their income over a certain level [which I assume he is over] must still pay US federal taxes anyway.
