Speaking to some friends at the NPC Junior California, they mentioned that Toney Freeman opted out of the Europa to concentrate for the Olympia, meaning that a new winner will be crowned this year.

Does this mean this year will be Quincy Taylor's year to win the show??

Just spoke with IFBB female pro Mimi Jabalee (wed. in gym) who is a chiropractor that adjusts Tony here in the ATL.

He is NOT doing the SW pro, just the O.    Howard
