I've been doing mostly high rep sets on a leg press machine for calves.  Sets of 20-25 reps.  Open to suggestions though. 

It's kind of difficult to get a decent calf photo when you are taking them yourself.  Tried to get a few different angles.










do you feel better now that a website full of MEN have seen your wonderful calves in picture  ::)
