Cutler may be the best bodybuilding in the world right now in 2007, but he has barely surpassed what Ronnie had achieved in 1997.

Jay is great. He may not be the greatest but I think it's fair to put him among the greats whether you quantify that statement with wins/placings or by body development. Lee Labrada had one of the all time classic physiques and IMO what a bodybuilder should look like. Having said that, if you're not going to go by wins/placings alone, you need to consider the era during which Jay competed when you make comparisons.
