cardio is tough and boring for those of you that hat it, you have to speak to yourself in the head when your legs are tired simply have a conversatin with yourself "slow down and regroup" then "go all out" just repeat this shit over and over for an hour.
INSTEAD OF GIVING UP 10 minutes into your cardio geez! a little mind control goes a long ways
the same with super setting weights
you should be able to have an infinite long superset ESPECIALLY when training upper body since it doesnt tax you as hard
you guys need to spend more time in the gym if you want to look like teh masta
