Ronnie's left tricep (first pic) is starting to look like Greg Valvolino's. Jay's bicep in the first pic also looks very 'oily'. It's a damn shame what this 'sport' has become 
But there is one even greater shame, and that is totally fuc*king imbecile writers on this forum, like...well...you, for example.
Of course their triceps look "oily", they carry almost 20% of body fat in those pictures, and they are just on their way to get in shape. What comes to valvolino, he has 30% of body fat + 8 gallons of synthol in his system, so there is quite big difference between these guys and him. Point is that you can't tell from that picture if they have used synthol or not, and I don't think that they don't have to do that. More than that, I believe that both of them have proved that they doesn't have use the synthol, because they both have the strength to match that size. They both handle enormous weights on their training videos, and valvolino? Weights he uses are next to nothing. These guys can show some cuts when they are ready for competition, and last time when valvolino has shown some cuts was back in seventies, when he still look like a human being.
