yeah arms are a bitch, I have to go very heavy and hold the exentric part a lot to get them sore

since I included biceps curls on an incline bench, they are sore everytime

to beat the shit out of the triceps I like weighted dips with as much weight as I can put on and really slow lying dumbell extentions where I really strech them at the end of the movement

now they are sore almost every workout
I have forearm splints... wish i could go heavy but i can't even grip anything from the pain.

best soreness is lower back, abs and lats. Fun with every movement.  ;D ;D

legs are funny too, traps and triceps get sore pretty fast on me too.

Taking it up the sh*tter makes me sore.. But the soreness feels good sometimes. Like when I drink and blaze a few joints, my sore ringpiece feels awesome.  ;D

Fixed.

IMO as amatuer bodybuilders we have no shortcuts. We gotta do chins, benches, squats, deads and all the other gut wrenching exercises that are out there. There is no easy way out. If you push yourself to maximum intensity, giving it all you have then its a job well done. Dont leave anything else to give. Think of dorian, cutler, big ron or the look you are trying to achieve and push yourself. If soreness comes, great, if not, quit talking on that cell phone and lookin around, time to push faster and harder.

the best thing I have done since a couple of week is I stopped doing those shitty lat pulldown thing and I only do pull ups or chin ups

you can do less reps but it is more effective

Oh that's not why I asked

I am always sore ( or almost always)

I never do the same training twice

the only muscle that I don't ever remember being sore is the delts. I can blast the shit out of my delts they never get sore

No your not I am... ;D

I have recently started taking 1000mg of vitamin C after working out after I read something about how it helps and i am not sure if it's mental or what but It has been a fantastic help.

are you doing alot of barbell rows and dumbell rows? those are my favourites. also i think variety is important. but there are some exercises you should allways do. like barbell rows and dumbell rows. ofc some sort of pull ups should be in there to. do alot of different ones.

also a great tip i read once on here even i think; "imagine your arms are like lifeless hooks" or something like that. anyway if you keep that in mind all the time your lats will do more of that work than your arms.

Sometimes I just don't get sore even if my intensity was at maximum. I did a 20 rep squat a few weeks ago along with 6 other sets for quads and wasn't sore the next day! I don't get it but whatever I still get results.

a couple sample workouts are:

BB rows(overhand)
Lat pulldowns(wide grip)
Low cable rows(underhand)
Hyperextensions

or

Rev Incline DB Rows
Pullups(close grip)
T-bar rows
Deads(off floor)

i always pull from the elbows and focus on form and squeeze....it is just one of my areas that rarely
gets sore

My legs always get the sorest.  And if you have trouble making your arms sore try preacher curls if you don't already.

I'm completly the opposite.  I feel my delts hurting the moment I finish a set.  Thats the only bodypart I have to purposely stretch between each set to calm the lactic acid buildup.  I suggest doing Lateral raises between sets of seated db shoulder presses.  It works well for me

I did chest and delts tonight and it was awesome !
Chest is really easy to train for me, I always had a good mind-muscle connection for the chest and it grows pretty easily

I did delts after chest and I only did 2 sets of machine laterals in beyonf faillure style

it was something like this:

-the whole stack for 10 reps, than my partner spot me for 8 additional reps
-150 lbs for 10 reps, partner spot for 8 again
-105lbs for 10 reps, partner spot for 8
-60 for 10 reps, partner spot for 10

I did those drop sets 2 times

it hurts like fuck I have been out of the gym for 45 minutes and it is still pumped

Take 2, 10 lb plates and lie face down on a incline bench with a fairly high incline and do a set of laterals for 100 reps before you begin your next shoulder workout and let me know if you're not sore.
