I am a suplement slut, everything new that comes out I try  ;)
But I also thought this was to expensive for what basically is just a carb.

i dont see the real need for carbs outside of your regular food these days
after training might as well stick to protein alone

after training is the one time of the day that your body needs those fast acting simple carbs.

waxy maize works very well its just overpriced in this product.
