There are tons of guys like you out there who can't tell the difference between muscle and fat, who think they're "hyooooge" when in fact they'd be pretty small at a reasonable bodyfat level.
why don't you be a man Goat and post your picture then? i never said i was shredded or ripped, i've never claimed to be anything other than what i am, be a man and post one shot dude, just block out the face.

Hey, I gave you credit for 170...   Earl thinks you'd be only 160.  Maybe you should pester him for a pic.  ::)

i don't think either one of you will ever do it and that's sad and pathetic, you have my word that i'll be honest in my assessment if you do, if you look good i swear i'll say so.

I gave an honest assessment

160 in contest shape can look pretty good being under 6'0

this board and flex magazine has made some of you think that if you aren't at least 220 you are small ::)

Your FAT, squad.  Do you not REALIZE you are FAT?  Strip the fat off your upper-legs and you  have NOTHING.

Seriously, at what point did you lose rational thought when it comes to the line between being BIG and being FAT?  I just don't understand guys like you.  You look like a disgusting slob that hardly works out at all yet you think you're huge!  LMAO!!

When the hell is a guy who can TALK about is personable going to win the damn Olympia?  Do guys like that even exist at that level?

Ronnie sounds like he's been sucking back on helium his entire adult life while carrying his marbles in his mouth rather than a bag when he talks.  He sounds like a damn 5th grader giving an interview.  It's painful to listen to him.

Jay has the personality of a refridgerator, which matches his physique.  I thought Jay might bring something different to the game as Mr. Olympia but he's worse than Ronnie.  At least Ronnie will TRY to say something funny.  I think Jay is in the game for the money and has been for a long time.

Is there ANYONE out there right now who could possibly win the title over the next few years that actually has some spark to them with some intelligence as well?

Fuck it Chris Rock should be Mr Olympia then!

He has not got to be funny he has got to be fucking huge amongst other things, there is no are you friendly round or "jokes" finale

I just don't understand the mentality of guys like squad.  Every gym is INFESTED with guys like him.  They are more prevalent at gyms around here than guys who are actually in decent shape.

The worst part about it is that guys like him HATE guys like me because they don't have the discpline/dedication to be like me.  I don't have the greatest genetics in the world but I'll work my ass off.  A gym to me is somewhere that you should go all out at or not go at all.  Guys like squad with their 5 minutes rest between each set/no cardio/chest-bis 3 times a week/toothpick leg routine amuse me.  Their jealous is epic but they are full of sound and fury signifying nothing.

ANYONE can eat like shit, workout 3 days a week while carrying around 25% bodyfat and talk about working out on a message board.  ANYONE.  The easy road is the way for guys like squad.  I'd say he approaches EVERYTHING in his life like that.  It does crack me up that guys hate me because I work harder than they do, but that's life.  Notice I didn't say because God dealt me a better genetic hand at birth, but because I'll actually work my ass off.

Don't let it get to you. Unless Squadfather is mentally deranged, he knows exactly what the reality outside of Getbig is.

Anyone who gives "props" for low resolution images, which are a fucking reflection FFS are equally deranged.

Yup. The obesity rates for North America bear this out, albeit sadly. For the 'driven' ones it isn't. You just need to stop worrying about what you can't control.  :)
