you're a strong guy for sure, like i said i wouldn't be crazy enough to even attempt 4 plates right now even with Ronnie Coleman spotting.
Not so much anymore. Now I use 90lb dumbells on inclines at best. Literally took 3 years for the pec to not feel pulling sensation from scar tissue.
If I can get back to 100's I'll be pleased. I just focus more on squeezing now and usually end up getting like 14 reps on my last set.
After I tore the pec, I tore a quad. Enough of the Ronnie-like training for me (I agree with your post on Ronnie's video's being horrible examples for normal humans).
