Especially in the Leg department. But maybe because of being involved in bodybuilding for so long, I just really have a hard time believing my physique is considered by the "average" girl on the beach as too big ?
Maybe when you train around guys soo much bigger than you at your gym, your idea of what's big may become a little obscured. ( I trained with NASSER at my gym somedays )  I'll post two more magazine pics. This time I'll post an older pic of when I was 180 ( The black and white ). And a colored pic of me now at 217lbs. To me I don't see that big a difference. Except in the legs which are much bigger these days. I'm glad that the girls I find attractive, like my girlfriend, Like more muscle ! Sure not Ronnie Coleman type muscle. But not like the guy on page 1.

like i said the guy looks good but he tries to come off like he's a massive huge bodybuilder ans his arms look 15 inches, legs look 24 inches and just looks like a guy who squats 315 for some good reps and benches 205-225 for 7-8 reps, nothing special, he does look good though.

all right you always answer back cool to my posts,but the measurements are a bit off,guys legs are full with great detail i'd say 27 or so and 215 and very lean not contest dry but good shape and detail at his height is big,like i said on earlier reply he would be one of the biggest on any beach and including his conditioning,a offseason not in shape bber are running around all year in sweatshirts unless in top shape,unless cutler of course.

( Read back a few pages and see where I started to post !!!!!! ) Then you chimed In with how big you are . Who gives a fuck what anyones measurements are ! It's how you look. Get a David Beckham body "  And like I said, he's a great guy and a great soccer player, but I'll take my physique ( that I worked my ass off for ! ) any day over his. period ! And with the exception of a Competition tan for the Mags, I look like that 365 days a year. Just ask anyone who knows me. I'd post a fat picture but I'm sorry to say I don't have one.
 I would compliment you on your physique. But It is kind of hard when someone like yourself spouts off so much yet looks like you do.
I was done with this thread and my girlfriend pulled it up and showed me your pics.
1) The good : from what I can tell you look like you might have some muscle under all of that fat.
2) The Bad : You would have to lose 80 lbs or so to be in any kind of shape. Which I believe would put you under my 215-220 walking around condition. I'm not dieting at all and I go by the mirror not the scale. So I checked today and I was 223lbs.
Hit the beach with my girl and dog all day. Got nice and tan and enjoyed the San Diego life.  ( Best weather in the USA bar none ! ).
Get out of the house and enjoy life my friend. Stop worrying about how big you are !
