Ok update on the shakes. Sunday was my first day on them. Took the pre workout shake before workout, then the during workout shake.
First one made me feel different, like my stomach had paper thin skin on it and my stomach was very full. Took my during workout shake with me to the gym, it is lime colored, think it is citrus flavor.
Anyway took it during work out and kept me fueled and feeling like I was feeling with the first one. Had a tremendous workout, was able to go all the time till the gym closed, but had to stop myself from keeping going.
After gym felt very full, but not fat, just full muscles everything. I have to admit I didn't take the post workout shake, I workout really late so I didn't want to mess up my sleep by eating something before I goto bed. I save the post workout protein shake for when I get up and it is really tasty.

Milos, my diet is. I have the protein shake AminoExxplod? in the morning with a banana and milk, then I will only eat one other meal in the day which is dinner. Have meat, vegtables, and some kind of potatoe or something. I don't eat too much cause I find that I gain fat very easily.
