Coming to Squadfathers aid is not what i thought i be doing but you donnot have to post photos or videos to support your claim everybody takes it with a grain of salt so what if he is Tubby and cannot verify his lifts.
I was baited by Squadfather to show my pics when i was juiced but unfortunatly my x girlfriend wiped them along with everything else she even sent my love letters back,Nasty breakup.Even if i had the photos i would not post them,there are young inpressionable young men who think steroids are a quick fix Wrong.
They should only be used for competetive Bodybuilding nothing else.
My lifts cannot be verified but i only use 225 for squat,Deadlift,benchpress some heavy dumbells for incline bench and shoulders and can usually pull the stack on my pulling movements will i post a video no.
I,m on 6 month hiatus at the moment saving money on supps and food gym memberships i am Burnt out before i leave this world i want to see europe next year on a Motogp tour and have my base in Amersterdam.
Sorry for Rambling but you do not have to post pics or videos some will call you are liar but who gives a shit its about you and is no one elses fucking buisness.

he didnt post any pics until after davidpaul exposed him.  and with good reason, hes a fat tub of shit who doesnt have any cuts even when taking pics of himself in the reflection of a window.
