Everyone could get a better idea of exactly how much mass Dave has if he would put up a clear pic, but most of the people that criticize others on this site don't even have one pic of themselves...

IF I were to let myself go to hell and let my bodyfat creep up into the mid-20's (like squadfather) I'd weigh OVER 250!! That's a gain of about 18% in bodyfat at a weight of 207. That would put me between 245-250. Of course, I would NEVER, EVER walk around that fat, but that's reality.

On a side note, how can people have respect for themselves being that fat but getting on a message board that is dedicated to working out? Dave doesn't even have power-lifter type numbers to throw out there as an excuse for the extra fat....he's just lazy.

I saw a "Squadfather approved" cardio routine yesterday at the gym. A 4-year old went through the brutal carnage associated with 23 seconds on the treadmill at 1.5 MPH with 0.0 grade incline. A total of 1 calorie was torched off. Squadfather would have been proud......

I posted a legit lat spread, I didn't post a fuc.king window reflection, or a a blurred pic with a shirt on.

I know why you don't, because you know what you look like with your shirt of and you would be buried alive if you posted a legitimate photo, so you continually hide with this "arm shots" in a window.

Come to think of it, you gotta be the first ass.hole pathetic enough to have to resort to a WINDOW REFLECTION for a photo.

Dave I am not being a jackass I am being serious...Who the fuck takes a picture of themselves in a window reflection and wanted to be taken seriously on the quality of it...Shit I see clearer pictures on the series Ghost Hunters lol...There are many guys on here that have taken pics with their cells no one said they have to be professionally done lol

Well consiering that Squad has started over a dozen threads about him he already owns him.

I will say it again NO ONE will ever know how good dave can look because he will never get lean enough to see any lines. I am curious as well he has some mass but any fat guy with huge arms and shoulders can look "huge" but when the fat comes off they all look the same, like somebody that lifts 3 days a week....

In the pics you can a ROLL of fat hanging over his belt, he is OVER 20% BF in those pics...

I've seen your before shots in the magazine. I don't understand what your agenda is with this. Squad does not claim to be the best bodybuilder out there but he is far from out of shape typical american.

Being too lean is not healthy either. You need a happy medium.

If he is ( and this is being nice) 20% at 240 lbs that means he has 198 lbs of lean mass. So considering that he got down to Ego's BF% of 7% he would have to lose 31.2 lbs WITHOUT LOSING ANY MUSCLE.

He would be 200 lbs IN SHAPE and weigh LESS than Ego. Do you guys understand now?

That is still very large. I have friends whom are 5'10" and weight at 195 8-12 % bodyfat naturals.. who would shame a lot of bodybuilders.

You never know what is hidden under all that fat.
