alexxx is about a foot taller than steele and white, pretty much the two worst handicaps in bodybuilding.

he has to work twice as hard.

Jamaica is a 20 minute train ride away from me....not the nicest neighborhood...

Hey, how long are you going to be in Queens. I live in Brooklyn, PM me, would love to invite you to my gym

and there is no better place than Brooklyn for heavy jamaican food..that is why I can' t get lean...the food is too good and heavy

haha Yeah I guess this is an early picture of Mos and now he stays covered up.

personally I think that his acting sucks, he should stick to music..


why are you getting upset that I pointed out that you look better at 17. I am not hating, just stating the facts based on documented proof.

I didn't start working out until 4 year ago. usually during lunch I would hit the threadmill, then about 2 years ago I found getbig, started lifting weights..learned alot and it has paid off

Well you do not see the whole picture. I am much improved now and on track to hit some heavy iron once and for all.
