It's pretty sad when you can spot the Americans outside of the country, not by hearing them, but by the way they look. Part of the issue is the ridiculous portion sizes that fast food and restaurants shovel on people plates. If you go to a fast food joint in Europe a large fry and coke is smaller than a small fry and coke in America.

How do you explain the chinese getting so fat? They rank number two on the list. There are plenty of fat bastards in London, lol.

There are a lot of fat people in the USA. Thing is there are a lot of skinny people to. Portion sizes has something to do with it. That is not the sole reason tho.

I didn't look at the list. i was only talking about how fat americans are. i know portion size is only a small part of the issue. I was simply making a point that it is sad how much the american society is letting themselves go. If you wanted to add to the list there is also a lot of extremly obese south americans.

I have actually found leaning out has given me an appreciation for ALL foods. I used to be a pick eater but now that i try to stay lean i love eating things like vegetables and fruits. Your taste buds become very sensitive and you can appreciate the flavor in all foods and have respect for it.

and also when u do eat bad foods u realise that u dont need to eat that much (eg- 2-3 slices of pizza is enough for me, back in the day i'll take down the whole fucking thing and throw down a few chicken wings for the hell of it).

eating lean chicken can make u appreciate anything....its dry as fuck.
