To be fair, Clinton didn't kill or hurt any dogs.  A lot of people consider their dog or cat as a member of their family.  Vick was systematically killing +/or torturing animals.  Difficult to put that aside.

1st feds are not going to offer him a sweet deal so he's going to be going to trial, feds are going to want jail time, don't think so, then look up on the statistics on cases of this nature (conspiracy) that receive probation and see no jail time.
