Yep, his body is far from done. Guy could easily compete competitively in any of the pro shows. Those legs, which are usually the 1st thing to go on "older guys", seem to be alive and flourishing. No gut AT ALL either! hahaha His abs are flat with on the abs muscules protruding.

Milos, consider doing the Masters Olympia one year. Use Sean's negative comments to fuel you into top condition

. Even if you don't win (due to politics of course) it would the subject of debate forever. Really, your regimen seems to be damn near perfect for preserving a classic, appealing, probodybuilder physique. Keep at it!

Yes it's interesting Milos doesn't suffer from the insulin gut. Hmm... perhaps keeping lean at all times helps.

heh, yeah that's why I always find it amusing when people says Milos creates gut monsters...that's so not true, they do it to themselves before they get to Milos...and/or people pick out the photos of the guy inhaling and/or not flexing his abs. I remember my last photos Milos posted here, someone said I have a gut. lol. stupid. I have what are called "ab muscles".

A lot of guys have zero ab muscles so when they see someone with ab muscles, they mistake them for a gut.
