the Book is about a low carb Diet for Bodybuilders athletes...Duchaine advises a high fat/low carb diet diet for 5 consecutive days..Followed by 2 high carb days..thus, allowing you to replenish your Glycogen storage and allowing you to train with weights while you losing body fat very rapidly..
It's basically a ketogenic diet, I.E atkins, Etc
Very effective for losing bodyfat..
