This was yesterdays diet
am 75g Oats
     25g Raisins
     1.5 Scoops Whey
mid am 2 Rice Cakes
          1 Scoop Protein
lunch 100 g Chicken
        100 g Sweet potato
                 Broccolli
Pre Workout 2 Scoops Vyogain(protein/carb mix)+creatine
Post Workout 4 ''                  ''
                    1 Banana
Dinner 150 g Salmon
          200 g Baked Potato
          Green Salad
Supper 300 g Low Fat Cottage Cheese

Total Calories 2243 kCal
        Protein  223 g
        Carbs    229 g
        Fat       54.5 g
 

What about cardio and your routine?

PS: Why Rice cakes?
How much sodium is in those?

That was at the start of my diet,mate.No cardio introduced until I stopped losing weight.Last 6 weeks has been 125 g of carbs per day and 40 mins cardio before breakfast.
Sodium doesn't really matter until the final week hence the rice cakes.

Got third out of six.Looked my best ever and received an invitation to the British Finals.Will get some pics up when they come through.

Thanks,mate.I was delighted with the result.Made all the dieting worthwhile but I am glad it has finished now.Still eating fairly clean 80% of the time but had a bacon,sausage and fried egg sandwich this morning :P

No,Max.19 weeks dieting is long enough.I have other priorities at the moment.
