These are much better quality pics than the ones on Flexonline. It looks like Putnam got alot better for Saturday, but it might just be the quality of the pics. Is Jose getting a little gut going there?

Yea, Tweeter, I noticed Jose's thickness in the waist area also, but that didn't seem to sway the judges for some reason. And I also recall Jose's posing roiutine a few years back being one of the best I've ever seen and this year it simply blended in with the rest.
Jose looks good in this shot but when he stood relaxed, the size of his waist-line was pretty evident.
Still, he's a great competitor and I'm glad he won it.
I did have the opportunity to sit up front in the first row (Thanks R) for a while and have to admit that you see the contestants from a different perspective up front. It's almost like seeing a different show if you observe from row F and then move six rows closer.
Notice sometime that the fans way in the rear will yell their heads off the Supers who may be way out of shape when observed from the Judging table but look great from way in back. The show you see is relative to where you see it!

Hey! I met LiftStudios and RON at the USA and it was a real pleasure. Both are great guys in my book. I suggested that Ron take some time and make this a profitable venture. But I failed to tell him to not charge an "admission fee".
Hey, ROn! Sell ads or something but don't charge us anything to get on here.
Ahhh, maybe you should charge a few of us, but I won't mention names.
Any other GetBigggers attend this USA event? I don't think there were too many people there I didn't communicate with. I ain't the shy type in the least.
TOMMY WISHBONE ...... Where the hell were you? What row were you in at either or all events?
Sorry if I'm repeating myself with these pictures but I lost control last nite while posting them due to a couple of days lack of sleep showing family muscleheads how to win at Craps and Blackjack.
And if I took your picture and it's not on here yet, it's either because it turned out blurry or you looked ugly as hell, or it's still in the camera.
OH, yea, and Denis from Russia could not enter cause he is not a citizen ... but here's his picture anyway and I have a strong feeling that he'll get a pro card soon one way or another... I understand he placed behind Shevis by one point in last weekend's L.A. contest.

One final shot of a great Russian bodybuilder now residing in LV. Ineligible for the USA BB Championships but should be given some way to compete for a Pro Card while he is residing in America. Any US pro qualifiers open for non US citizens?
