saw her at the gym but she was busy with the cardio so i didnt bother her. will find out. i was under the impression she was cuz she asked me if i was going to the show (bill wilmore is doing it) and it seemed she was doing it. if she is doing the AC, she is starting early.

PROFESSIONAL BODYBUILDER JERRY NICHOLLS will be mixing it up against top international musclemen this weekend in Dallas, Texas, United States, when he flexes in the Europa Super Show.
Nicholls leaves on Wednesday for the Dallas Convention Centre and will hit the stage on Sunday in his first contest since turning pro.
"I'm feeling positive and looking forward to this weekend. I weigh about 250 pounds, but should be about 245 for the show," said a relaxed Nicholls, when asked how preparations were going.
"Of course, you are always training with niggling injuries, but I don't worry about those too much. Over the years you just learn to work around them. At the moment I'm just working on my posing with Joe Bourne [bodybuilder and personal trainer], who is one of the people who have been assisting me," he added.
The five-foot 11-inch bodybuilder, who has been known to reach a muscular 270 pounds, turned pro in 2005 after winning Mr Barbados and then the Central America And Caribbean Championship in Aruba.
He started lifting when he was about 15, entered competitive bodybuilding at 23, and has won top local competitions such as the C.O. Williams Classic, Mr Bridgetown, and has been a Mr Barbados on two occasions.
Nicholls doesn't know who he will be up against on Sunday, but judging from last year's Europa line-up, with big Toney Freeman taking the top spot, and names like Quincy Taylor, Johnnie Jackson and Darrem Charles in the Top 5, this contest is known for bringing out some of the top guns.
However, Nicholls is eager to get his pro career off the ground, is determined to go as far as he can, and, of course, his thoughts are on capping his career with a Mr Olympia title.
"I have set certain goals, and one is to improve my body to the best it can be. If I achieve that, I would be satisfied," he said.
When asked what advice he had for young bodybuilders, he said: "Keep training. Youth is on your side. You are constantly growing at a young age. And it is also important to compete. Training is very important, but time spent competing is what gives you experience about your body to keep you progressing."

saw wilmore at the grocery store last night. he said no more cardio and it is time to carb up. he is flat and vascular as hell. said to be about 255 at the show.
