yeah anyone who is consistent with 2 hours of cardio per day will get very ripped
1 hour a day id say maybe 50% of people could get fairly ripped
Just the opposite, otherwise you would see more Ripped marathon runners. After a certain point it loses its fat burning effect.
Waddy, I do NO cardio and eat way more then you, am drug free , and am OLDER then you and still am leaner then you. Your fat loss "Methods" are beyond foolish and no one takes you serious.
