Best to do is separate if you can. I prefer cardio in the morning and then weight training later in the day. If you can't do that, then it's best to do weight training first, then cardio.
I can try and wake up early and do cardio.....I should wake up early
i just love to sleep in until 7am....But i asked because someone at the gym told me i should do my cardio after i workout because I can lose weight better that way? I never heard of that, so thank you I already have tried some of your workouts
