Who here believes that a woman president would negatively effect our foreign relations, and who doesn't believe this?
I look at England (Thatcher) and Germany (Merkel), and from what I've gather, these two countries weren't effected negatively by having a female at their highest political position.
Of course, lots can be said about Thatcher and Merkel, but neither has ever been accused of that their gender impacted their countries negatively.
IMO, a female at the most powerful position in the world would be very good. It would send a signal to women all over the world to raise their game, among other things.
But the question still remains: Is Hillary Clinton good enough for the office? I would never want a president because she is woman, but rather I would welcome the fact if the best candidate for the job was in fact woman. Big difference IMO.
