couple points
if you ever want to get a pro card you have to bring up your chest ( thickness,,fulness) because it is catastrophically underdeveloped in relation to the arms and shoulders,,my recomendation to you is to stop training arms and concentrate on chest although my suspisious is that your chest is what will prevent you to get to the top,,
your arms and back are impressive,,shoulders less since they are not rounded enough but they are also up there,,also i suggest to pay more attention to mid section size since the more 'natural' the midsection looks as in less bloat,,the more chances you have at winning at this specific level of npc competition
in bodybuilding as of today a competitor will never win national/regional unless his chest is superb!! you can ask mr marcus from florida usa how long he had to work his upper chest inorder to get to the next level,,sometimes there is nothing you can do about it due to genetics,,matt c has the exact same problem with chest development,,a guy with 17-18 inch arms may take the all show you do with smaller arms but! he will have better chest and midsection that looks natural,,he also may weight less than you
rest of your physiqe beside chest is very good and good potential as long as you keep it symetric and proportional and for that you gotta grow that chest!
