haha ya i know what you're saying...i highly doubt he used to train this way in the 90s when he was at his peak

Wasn't comparing myself to Milos,just commenting he lacks "thickness",like Marcus Ruhl does not lack thickness,when turned to the side Milo's physique looked "thin" like a piece of paper
that thickness fills you out (comes from heavy basic movements,deadlifits,squats,rows,)
