it seems to me that most top pro were born inthe usa  or americans  am i wrong

Most the pro cards available are only available to Americans. The rest of the world combined get less cards than the USA does, plus the USA amateur ranks don't do any drug testing which some of the other worldwide amateurs are subjected to, so that definitely does not create true international representation.
