i got an e mail from Mesomorphosis i don't know how because i've never given them my addy but it says "Derek squats an insane 405 for 40 reps in one set

but i've got to seriously doubt he squatted 405 for 40, maybe 20 but no fuccking way he does 40 reps, Platz never even did that.

if you read the box, it says 405 for 30 reps.... the proof is on the dvd.. not sure what the big fuss is...
