He allways had short biceps attchements and high triceps. Not much he can do about it.

yes he had a lot of gaps to fill mass wise but part of that is the illusion his wide and distended gut creates

he has to blow his delts up just to distract from his waist

his waist is the problem--it has ruined his structure and until he takes care of that he will never "do well"
