gloves in the gym

gay.  Unless you have an open wound on your hand.  Also, not re-racking plates when you have more than 1 on anything.  one is OK IMO.

unless you lift better without (i believe I do i never wear gloves), why would you be bothered if somebody does? They do a good job in keepingt the hands off the ugly shit that forms up when you lift a lot of weight with bare hands.

Lots of disease's you can catch in your local gym.
Just read about MRSA being contracted in gyms now....

come on lib....ive been in the gym biz for 12 years now...and working out for 17...dont be afraid of germs. wash your hands...good to go

do you sleep in hotels? go to the grocery store? germs are everywhere.....fingerles s gloves aint gonna protect you anyway...

personally, i think theyre dumb

btw...PLEASE dont try to use examples of pro bodybuilders and the "standard" of gym attire ::).

now if youll excuse me i have to fill up my fanny pack and lace up my otomix high tops for leg day ::)

i actually did shake his hand in 2004, he has a strong handshake...whats your point? ronnie is a multi olympia title holder...he wears gloves...he does half reps...he has a treadmill next to his bed...so what....


youre comparing one of the greatest bodybuilders of all time to 175lb girls in the gym...there is no comparison.

I want to know what hte point of wearing gloves in the gym is unless you've got super sensitive hands...

If you ever had to use your grip or muscles to do any sort of heavy lifting or movements...are you going to whip your gloves out of your purse or just walk around with them on?

If it's because your girl bitches about your calluses...tell her to stfu.
